As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will drive pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads within the US and Canadian markets. You’ll combine research, outbound execution, and CRM management to generate high-quality opportunities for our sales team.
This role blends demand generation and BDR (Business Development Representative) functions — ideal for someone experienced in staff augmentation, nearshore/offshore services, or IT consulting who is excited to engage decision-makers in a fast-paced, cloud-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify and engage potential clients across US and Canada, focusing on the tech, SaaS, and consulting sectors.
Build, enrich, and maintain prospect and account lists aligned with Cloudary’s ideal customer profile.
Conduct account research to identify decision-makers and influencers in key organizations.
Engage prospects via multi-channel outreach — including email sequences, LinkedIn, and phone — to generate qualified meetings.
Manage CRM data to ensure pipeline visibility and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize cadences, and drive lead conversion.
Track key metrics such as open rates, meetings booked, conversion rates, and opportunities created.
Stay informed on AWS ecosystem developments and cloud industry trends to align messaging with partner priorities.
Job requirements
2–4 years of experience in demand generation, sales development, or business development — ideally within staff augmentation, nearshore/offshore services, or IT consulting.
Proven success engaging North American clients (US and/or Canada).
Strong understanding of sales outreach tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1+). Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
Experience working with CRM systems and managing clean, structured data.
A proactive, metrics-driven mindset — you thrive on hitting goals and learning fast.
Knowledge of AWS or cloud ecosystems is a strong plus.
