We do not do high-volume spam. We run a highly disciplined, clinical, "sniper-style" outbound engine that communicates with technical buyers as elite peers.

The Role: What You Are Actually Doing

We have a world-class outbound messaging framework ready to deploy. We are not looking for a traditional, smile-and-dial SDR. We are looking for an Outbound Systems Operator who balances human persuasion with data hygiene.

You will own the execution, technical data management, and optimization of our Apollo and HubSpot sequences. Your success is measured strictly by qualified responses and booked discovery calls, not activity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute "Sniper" Campaigns: Run hyper-segmented outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn based on strict departmental playbooks (Engineering, Finance, HR, Product, etc.).

  • Advanced Apollo Data Management: Take raw data exports and aggressively sanitize variables. You will ensure that company name suffixes (e.g., “Acme Corp, LLC” $\rightarrow$ “Acme”) and complex job titles are perfectly normalized before any message launches.

  • Maintain the "Cynical Peer" Illusion: Ruthlessly filter out corporate sales fluff, automated AI patterns, and bad formatting that triggers a prospect’s internal spam filter.

  • Data Routing & Sequence Logic: Manage conditional multi-channel branching logic within Apollo based on prospect personas, intent data, and LinkedIn connection status.

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Manage initial responses, handle objections with precision, and book qualified discovery calls with US/EU technical leaders.

  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Track campaign conversion metrics inside HubSpot and Apollo. You will run clean A/B split tests testing completely different structural angles, not just swapping single words.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ Years of B2B Outbound Experience: Proven track record in an SDR, BDR, or Growth Ops role, specifically targeting the US/EU market within tech, SaaS, or IT/Development Services.

  • Advanced Apollo Power User: You must know Apollo inside out. You should understand how to use advanced account/persona filters, intent tracking data (e.g., targeting job posts 30+ days old), and variable formatting hacks or basic syntax to clean up messy CRM fields.

  • Flawless Written & Verbal English: You will be writing to cynical, highly educated technical buyers and executing initial discovery calls. Absolute fluency is non-negotiable.

  • Data-Centric Mindset: You look at an outbound sequence like an engineer looks at code. If a custom field is broken or capitalized incorrectly (e.g., “JOHN” instead of “John”), it bothers you.

  • Technical Familiarity: You naturally understand—or can rapidly learn—the language of our buyers (e.g., sprint velocity, technical debt, MLOps, EBITDA leakage, compliance liabilities).
