Senior Engineer – Identity, Cloud Networking

We are seeking an experienced Engineer/Architect to support a customer-facing cloud engagement. The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting and explaining solutions to non-technical stakeholders, as the client has limited cloud experience and will require ongoing guidance and discussion throughout the project.

Active Directory (AD) Administration

• Manage AD forest and domain operations

• Configure group policies and security settings

• Handle user/computer lifecycle management

• Maintain domain controllers and replication

• Implement AD security and compliance

Entra (Azure AD) Administration

• Configure and maintain enterprise application SSO

• Coordinate with application teams for integrations

• Manage directory synchronization and federation

• Configure and manage Azure AD Connect

• Proficient in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and identity troubleshooting

AWS Cloud Networking

• Design and implement VPC architectures and network topologies

• Configure and manage AWS networking services: VPC, Direct Connect, VPN, Transit Gateway

• Implement network security controls and monitoring

• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues

• Solid understanding of on-premises networking and BGP

• Experience with Cisco Firewall, Gateway Load Balancer, and inspection of VPC architectures

DevOps

• Develop and maintain GitHub Actions workflows

• Build and manage Terraform IaC

• Optimize and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines

Professional Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills — ability to explain cloud concepts to non-technical audiences

• Customer-facing experience and confidence leading technical discussions

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
