We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Architect to design, implement, and support a modern,
medium-scale OpenShift-based private cloud platform. This role will be responsible for
defining the storage architecture strategy that underpins our hybrid and cloud-native
environments, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and compliance across the platform.
Job requirements
8+ years of experience in infrastructure or storage engineering, with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes storage.
Deep knowledge of:
Container Storage Interface (CSI)
Block, file, and object storage
High availability and disaster recovery architectures
Experience designing enterprise-grade, multi-tenant platforms with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience with hybrid cloud architectures.
Strong understanding of:
Linux
Networking fundamentals
Automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and GitOps
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF) or Ceph.
Exposure to public cloud storage services (AWS EBS/EFS/S3, Azure Disk/Files, GCP).
Relevant certifications, such as:
Red Hat (RHCE, OpenShift)
Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience supporting regulated enterprise environments.
Background in platform engineering or SRE models.
