We are looking for a Mid-Senior SDR/BDR Specialist to join Clouday’s internal growth team on a full-time basis. This is an in-house role focused on executing, analyzing, and optimizing an established outbound pipeline strategy.

The existing strategy operates at a targeted, "sniper" level rather than using high-volume automated blasts. You will take ownership of this detailed, personalized approach—running it with consistency, tracking metrics, and using data to refine sequences. While there is room to test and refine things over time, the initial focus is on executing the current framework effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Execute Targeted Outbound Campaigns: Run personalized outbound sequences across email and personal LinkedIn profiles based on our established playbooks.

  • Target Research: Research and identify high-fit accounts and contacts within our defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on highly tailored messaging for technical buyers.

  • Lead Generation: Book qualified discovery calls with technical decision-makers at US and EU companies.

  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, and conversion to booked calls) inside HubSpot and Apollo to identify bottlenecks.

  • Iterative Refinement: Test, iterate, and document minor sequence variations to steadily improve outbound performance based on real-world data.

  • Autonomous Reporting: Bring your numbers directly to weekly 1:1s, providing data, asking questions, and offering clear updates on what is converting.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience, ideally within a startup, scale-up, or B2B SaaS/Dev Services environment (we look for longer engagements rather than short transitions).

  • Strong Verbal & Written English: Fluency is essential for running initial discovery calls with US/EU decision-makers independently and collaborating smoothly within our international team.

  • The In-House Stack: Hands-on experience using Apollo, HubSpot and Linkedin.

  • Balanced Approach (Empathy & Data): Someone who views thorough data analysis as just as important as empathy and strong, personalized messaging.

  • Autonomy & Initiative: A self-directed professional who can manage tasks independently, maintain curiosity, ask questions when stuck, and stabilize processes before proposing changes.

  • Technical Familiarity: Experience selling to or working alongside technical buyers (engineers, CTOs, or technical product managers) is a strong asset.
